If so, here's what to do:

• Purchase the appropriate connectivity accessory option to match the medical device purchased from Welch Allyn. Visit our device product pages, or contact us for assistance.
• Contact your EHR vendor to get instructions and a quote to enable the device integration

If you are interested in connecting Welch Allyn devices to an EHR that is currently not one of our EHR partners:

• Provide your Welch Allyn sales representative with contact information from your EHR vendor including: company name, product name and phone number.
• Contact your EHR vendor and inform them that you are interested in connecting Welch Allyn devices to their software. Ask the EHR vendor to contact Welch Allyn to begin integration discussions with Welch Allyn’s connectivity team.
• Welch Allyn will engage in discussions with your EHR vendor to exchange legal and technical documentation and determine a project development timeline.
• The EHR programming staff will then begin developing and testing the device integration and incorporate it into the next software update release.
• The updated software release can then be installed in your system. The EHR vendor may charge a device connectivity fee for this service.
