Technical Training Courses

PRO-1000 Factory Service & Repair Training

Welch Allyn offers technical education courses for Biomedical and Information Technology professionals covering patient monitors, vital signs monitors, electrocardiographs, and Acuity® Central Stations. These courses are designed for technical personnel who service and support Welch Allyn cardiopulmonary products, patient monitors, and Acuity® Central Stations.

Our instructors are Service Engineers with thorough knowledge of the products. Each in-house or customer onsite course includes both lecture and hands-on service training.

Factory In-House courses are taught at the following Welch Allyn locations:

• Welch Allyn Beaverton, Oregon, 10 miles southwest of Portland, Oregon.
• Welch Allyn Skaneateles Falls, NY, 20 miles southwest of Syracuse NY.

Note:  Customer site classes may be requested, but must be approved by Service Management.

• Please register 45 days prior to class start. If class minimum is not reached, class may be rescheduled. Notice of class rescheduling will be sent 45 days prior to class start to allow for flight and lodging changes.
• Registration for all classes closes two weeks before the first day of class.
• Billing for training classes will be sent out after classes are completed. If there is a need to be billed prior to the scheduled class date please note this on the class registration form.
• If class seats were made available through the purchase of Welch Allyn products or through a Welch Allyn Service Contract, please include the Sales Order or Contract number on the registration form, otherwise you may be billed for the class.
