It features 802.11i advance encryption standards to provide the strongest available network security protocol, and its 802.1x multiple authentication certificates support HIPAA requirements. Staff in the Tauranga Hospital Emergency Department in Tauranga, New Zealand are finding the new Welch Allyn monitoring systems have enabled them to offer a higher standard of care to their patients.
